About

I'm a PhD chemical engineer who became an AI-native operator more by circumstance than plan. I'm running a revenue operation on AI systems I built myself from first principles — and I'm genuinely still learning which functions I'm reproducing well and which I'm not. I write about the bridge between deep technical reality and how AI actually gets applied in industrial and scientific settings — reported from inside the experiment, not from a stage.

How this journal works

Entries here are published at whatever stage they're actually at —seed, shaping, draft, or published — and edited in place as they mature, rather than held back until "finished." The badge on each entry tells you which stage you're reading. Older entries can and do change.
